Free Trial

MediaAegis offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is charged during the trial period. We encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether MediaAegis meets your needs before purchasing.

Subscription Refunds

MediaAegis subscriptions are managed through Freemius. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment by contacting us at billing@macdougc.ca.

Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lifetime License Refunds

Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all features until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
