Free Trial

MediaAegis offers a 2-week free trial with full access to all features. No payment is charged during the trial period. We encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether MediaAegis meets your needs before your subscription begins.

Subscription Refunds

MediaAegis subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund from Apple within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment.

To request a refund through Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the MediaAegis transaction.

You may also contact us at billing@macdougc.ca and we will assist you with the refund process.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to all features until then. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
